The waiting times are ridiculous! I have seen people walk out because the wait is so long compared to other clinics. My average waiting time when visiting this clinic has been 2hrs + on every occasion. Employ more staff perhaps?! On top of that the senior doctor reviews are a joke. On two occasions the doctor didn't even look at my symptoms and just spoke to me. Lastly skin tags were misdiagnosed as warts. I am not impressed with this clinic at all.

They have a high volume of people here and in America it is nothing like this sometimes it's harder when you are scared and impatient and you are returned back with impatience and anger due to the lack of people who don't want to be here. I came on a Sunday and I was late but even though I was scared I was more comfortable with Joan and the help in the front than any other Doctor so I can back the next day and was 12 on the list. My experience here has been amazing especially in a place where everyone is welcomed. Thank you guys

Great clinic, very friendly staff - very very long wait in the walk in. The staff at the front desk did tell me it would be a long wait and would text me when I was needed to come back. I found this really helpful as I was able to go back to work for a few hours rather than take time off. Would love more places like this but clearly needs more staff!!

Great service, wonderful staff but waiting 3 hours to be seen is too long. There should be more staff, more clinics like this to ease the situation, not more cuts! It was a huge relief to talk to someone about sexual health matters in a open environment, there should be more services like this. However I got there at 8.00am when the doors opened and didn't get seen until 11.45, missed the whole morning of work.

Impossible to get a confirmed appt at the walk-in clinic, it's the second time in a number of months that I get given a long questionnaire to fill and then told that I might or might not get appt and to just hang around the area. After 2 hours I have given up. The staff were nice but they obviously work within a very restricted process and really should warn you about the fact that you may not get an appt before you complete the long form, not after....

Arrived at 8.45am and was told there's a 2 1/2 hour wait, "you can go and get yourself breakfast and we'll text you." It was strange that whilst I was waiting in that room I saw dozens of people come and go yet upon arrival it said I was 23rd in the queue. At 11am when I asked why it was taking so long I was told there are 7 "streams" I couldn't give a toss if there are 70 "streams" I don't expect a 3 hour wait. At 11.30 I gave up and left. At 11.50 I got a text saying there are only two in front now! At the Lydia Clinic in 1995 I waited 20 minutes max. Don't go here unless you have half a day to wait around.
